Your Rights to Cancel an Order

Within seven days of placing your order, you have the right to cancel it without providing a reason.

You have seven days from the day you got the goods or from the date a third party you designated—one who is not the carrier—takes possession of the delivered product to cancel an order.

Within 14 days after the day we get the returned goods, We will compensate You. There won’t be any fees involved; we’ll refund you with the same payment method you used to place the order.

Refund Policy Terms

For the goods to be qualified for a return, kindly ensure that:

  • The goods were bought within the previous week.
  • Everything is still in its original packing.

The following products are not returnable:

  • the delivery of goods that are visibly tailored or made to your specifications.
  • The delivery of Goods which owing to their nature are not fit to be returned, deteriorate swiftly or where the period of expiry is over.
  • the supply of goods that, after delivery, were unsealed and are not returnable for hygienic or health concerns.
  • the supply of goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably combined with other commodities after delivery.

In our sole discretion, we have the right to deny returns of any goods that does not comply with the aforementioned return requirements.

You may only get a refund for standard priced goods. Sadly, there are no refunds for items that are on sale. If this exclusion is prohibited by applicable legislation, it could not apply to You.
